The Ukrainian Security Service reported suspicion to Adam Delimkhanov, Russian State Duma member, who participated in the seizure of Mariupol.
"That official is part of Kadyrov's inner circle. It was on his instructions that Delimkhanov arrived in temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region at the beginning of full-scale invasion," Ukrainian Security Service in the text.
There, according to the intelligence services, he led a group of Russian troops, which included units of Russian Guard and units of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs dealing with affairs of Chechen Republic.
"From February to May last year, under his command, Kadyrov fighters fought against units of Ukrainian Defense Forces on the eastern front. It was established that Russian invading forces took active part in the assault on Azovstal metallurgical plant," Ukrainian Security Service emphasized.
Delimkhanov published a video of Ramzan Kadyrov on Telegram, where he justifies armed Russian aggression against Ukraine.
Adam Delimkhanov was informed of suspicion under articles of Criminal Codex of Ukraine:
▪︎ Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 3 of Art. 110 (assistance in changing boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine);
▪︎ Part 3 of Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition of legitimate armed aggression of Russian Federation against Ukraine).

Previously five militants of "LDPR" were sentenced to 13 years in prison for storming Mariupol and Sievierodonetsk.
