Ukrainian General Staff explains purpose of attack on Dzhankoi in Crimea
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces says that the strikes on occupied Dzhankoi were aimed to cut Russia’s logistics in Melitopol and Kherson region
This was reported by Colonel Serhiy Baranov, acting Chief of the Main Directorate of Combat Strike Systems of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, at the Military Media Center
"Dzhankoi is one of the hubs on the branch of the logistics route that goes to Melitopol or Kherson, for example. Therefore, one of the reasons for such a strike was to either completely cut or impede the logistics of the enemy groups located on our territory," said Baranov.
