Ukraine’s NSDC Secretary discloses time AFU need to master Leopard tanks

NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov shared the information in a comment for RBC-Ukraine.

"As for our specialists in the Armed Forces, I have repeatedly given examples when Western partners trained their specialists for certain types of weapons, our guys and girls will master it in a matter of weeks. Because we are in a difficult situation," he said.

The process of mastering the tanks that will be provided to Ukraine in the near future will be "very, very fast," Danilov emphasizes.

• On January 10, Valerii Riabykh, Development Director of the Defense Express, said on Espreso TV that there is a very high probability that the Ramstein summit will adopt a formula for the transfer of German Leopard 2 tanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
• On January 11, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the leaders of Poland and Lithuania Andrzej Duda and Gitanas Nauseda in Lviv. Duda said that Ukraine would receive a company of Leopard tanks as part of an international coalition.
