The information was reported by the Office of Ukraine’s President.

"The negotiations resulted in the joint declaration. It reflects the key political, humanitarian and other conclusions of today's meeting," Zelenskyy said during a conversation with media representatives following talks with the presidents of Lithuania and Poland.

The joint declaration confirms the centuries-old historical ties between Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland, and also defines the priority areas of cooperation of the Lublin Triangle, in particular within the framework of the strategic course of Ukraine for full membership in the European Union and NATO. In particular, it states the support of the Lithuanian and Polish sides for the prospect of Ukraine's membership in the EU and NATO as soon as the conditions allow.

The document also notes the intention of Lithuania and Poland to continue providing military, technical, defense, humanitarian and other support to Ukraine.

In addition, the declaration supports the convening of the Global Peace Formula Summit to consolidate international support for the peace plan and reaffirms support for the establishment of a special international tribunal for the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine.

The document specifically noted the expansion of the Black Sea Grain Initiative to other seaports of Ukraine and the importance of continuing the Grain from Ukraine program to strengthen global food security.

Today, January 11, an unannounced meeting of the heads of Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania took place in Lviv. Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously reported it on the official Telegram channel.

"From the first days of the full-scale invasion, we have felt the support of our fraternal peoples of Poland and Lithuania. I am grateful to Andrzej Duda and Gitanas Nausėda for their visit. Thank you for helping our people!" Zelenskyy wrote.

According to the Office of Poland’s President, the meeting of the Lublin Triangle leaders joined by the Polish President Andrzej Duda, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda focused primarily on further assistance to Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression, as well as on supporting Ukraine's pro-Western integration aspirations.

  • Earlier, it was announced that Zelenskyy arrived with a visit to Lviv. He honored the memory of Ukrainian soldiers killed in battles with Russian forces, and also held a coordination meeting on the state border defense and the current security situation in the northwestern regions of Ukraine.
