Russia's shelling of Vinnytsia: 5 people killed, 18 injured

This was reported on Facebook by  press service of Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office.

"On the morning of April 25, Russian occupation forces launched rocket attacks on transport infrastructure near Zhmerynka and Kozyatyn in  Vinnytsia region. As a result of the enemy shelling, 5 people were killed and 18 wounded,"  statement said.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted under Part 3 of Art. 110 of Criminal code of Ukraine - intentional actions made for  purpose of change of borders of  territory or state border of Ukraine which led to death of people and other heavy consequences.
