Russia has estimated the amount of military aid Ukraine received from Western countries at USD 100 billion
Chief of the Russian Armed Forces' General Staff Valery Gerasimov said this.
“Today, the US and its allies are consistently increasing the amount of military aid to Kyiv in order to provide the conflict with a protracted nature. The total foreign financial aid to Ukraine amounted to almost USD 100 billion,” Gerasimov said at a briefing for military attachés of foreign countries on Thursday, December 22.
According to him, the USA, Great Britain, Poland and Romania make the most significant contribution to arms supplies.
“Since the beginning of the special military operation, Western countries have handed over to Kyiv four warplanes, more than 30 helicopters, more than 350 tanks, about 1,000 armored fighting vehicles, at least 800 armored vehicles, up to 700 artillery systems, more than 5,300 MANPADS, and at least 5,000 UAV of various purposes,” Gerasimov said.
