This is reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Artem Lysohor.
According to him, the Russian military does not care about traffic rules or people.
"A similar situation in the occupied territories is already commonplace. Recently, a truck with V and Z markings hit a woman on a pedestrian crossing and did not even stop," said Lysohor.
He added that no one will be held accountable for such crimes.
"Russian 'soldiers' have already gotten used to complete impunity," he emphasized.

A similar incident occurred in the temporarily occupied village of Nova Zburyivka, Kherson region, in late June. Then the occupying Russian forces ran over an 83-year-old woman in an armored personnel carrier - she died on the spot.
