Russian troops kill over 12,000 Ukrainian civilians — Ukraine’s Prosecutor General
During the Peace Summit in Switzerland, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin said that according to confirmed reports, Russian troops in Ukraine killed over 12,000 civilians

Ukraine’s Office of the President shared the information.
"Russian invaders killed over 12,000 civilians, including 551 children. This is just the confirmed data," Kostin said.
He also added that law enforcement officers have already documented almost 130,000 cases of war crimes committed by Russian troops, including 301 cases of sexual violence.
In addition, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets emphasized that all people in Russian captivity are subjected to systematic torture. There is evidence of at least 14,000 such cases.

The Prosecutor General also reported that Russia commits a crime against Ukraine and Ukrainians every 10 minutes.
