Russian forces bomb Kurakhove, wounding 16 civilians
On the afternoon of March 3, Russian troops dropped a bomb on Kurakhove, Donetsk region. There are 16 wounded, two of them in serious condition
The head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported the information.
"Kurakhove came under fire this afternoon - the enemy hit the very center of the city, damaging at least 15 high-rise buildings. According to preliminary information, the Russians used a guided aerial bomb," wrote Filashkin.

The Prosecutor General's Office said that according to preliminary data, Russian troops dropped a KAB-500 guided bomb on the city.
"According to the investigation, on March 3, 2024, at 2:35 pm, the Russian army once again fired on a residential area of Kurakhove. At least 7 multi-storey buildings were damaged as a result of the attack. Sixteen people sustained injuries of varying severity. They are currently being taken to hospital for urgent qualified assistance," the statement said.

Under the procedural control of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

On the night of Sunday, March 3, Russian troops attacked the city of Myrnohrad, Donetsk region. Three people were injured in the missile attacks, and there was significant destruction in the city. Russian troops also attacked Pokrovsk, causing two casualties.
