Russian forces resort to vendetta for Crimean Bridge
Terrorism is terrorism, and just as information terrorists are Putin's ideological servants who are ready to justify anything, naively thinking that the court in The Hague will bypass them
The article by Putin's propagandist Dmitry Bavirin on the RIA Novosti channel, "Darkness has come to Ukraine for a long time," reveals the terrorist Kremlin regime's hopes strategy for Ukraine. Based on Olena Zelenska's interview with the BBC, the author jokes about the European future of Ukraine and rejoices at the damage caused by the missile attacks on the Ukrainian power grid. In conclusion, Ukraine must accept “Russian conditions.”
"The tactics of plunging Ukraine into darkness are not explained by the Russian command. At first, strikes on the power grid nodes were perceived by many as an act of retribution for the explosion on the Crimean Bridge. Now it is clear that they have crossed the boundaries of the vendetta and have a more complex and practical goal. Rather, the terrorist attack in Kerch was a transition of the Ukrainian leadership beyond the red line, after which Operation Egyptian darkness took its work to a new level," he says.
Dmitry Bavirin has made up a name for permanent terrorist acts, operation "Egyptian darkness". He tries to informatively transfer the permanent terrorist acts of the Russian military against the peaceful Ukrainian population into the alleged category of military actions which can lead to the surrender of Ukrainians to Moscow. However, terrorism is terrorism, just as informational terrorists are Putin's ideological servants ready to justify anything, naively thinking that the court in The Hague will bypass them.

The author believes that "from the point of military's view, strikes on infrastructure do not have a clear tactical meaning. They do not cause drastic changes where they could help defeat the enemy. The spell turns out to be spectacular, but most of the power goes into effect. Therefore, we should look for their meanings, not tactical but strategic. As much as many people would like to think that this conflict has a quick and easy solution, it seems that there is no such solution. Neither for the Russian nor the Ukrainian side, as diplomats like to say, "the conditions have not matured." On the Russian side, the main task of creating such conditions is carried out by the armed forces, but the political forces will ultimately have to fix them. Disconnecting Ukraine from the outlet is designed to help them faster, but not now, later."
Bavirin clearly confuses here "the righteous with the sinful." After all, it is unlikely that Putin has much time to wait for the fact that "conditions will mature" when Ukraine itself falls at Moscow's feet. And Russia's war in Ukraine is not a "conflict" but an attempt by former colonialists to regain the territories they consider their own forcibly. "Disconnecting Ukraine from the outlet" will not help you because, for the Russian forces, it is a war for new territories and the independence of Ukraine and the very existence of the Ukrainian nation for us.

The stakes are too high to lose to Moscow, so we never lose. And for Putin, the main thing is to break down when he dreams of restoring the USSR. Resuscitation of the deceased will not take place. We want to return to the old peaceful life, but we will never agree to Russia's conditions to fix everything it has seized from Ukraine for this time. These are Ukrainian lands, and they will continue to be Ukrainian.
Dmitry Bavirin convinces his Russian readers that "we know that such a victory, with the return of Crimea and reparations, is a mirage, but, unlike the desire of the Mirage, peace is now not recognized by Ukrainians at all as something valuable. Life without electricity allows you to realize its value every day and almost everyone: the cold of fighting reached even the Galician division of sofa troops. This will not work immediately and will not lead to a revolution. Still, gradually the world will begin to be perceived as something for which you can sacrifice pride and make "unpopular decisions." If the Russian military creates conditions under which Ukrainian politicians make these “unpopular decisions,” the latter can rely on the part of society that is ready to pay for peace. So far, there is no such part in Ukraine."
To which you can answer: no and will not. After all, the formula "peace in exchange for territories," which Putin offers Ukrainians, will lead to the fact that, in the end, we will not get either peace or territories. Here, the painful experience of Israel, which once signed a "peace agreement" with the Palestinian Arabs, can become an example for us. And we remember very well how it all ended, missile attacks from the Palestinian Territories. We don't need such "peace." We need to learn from other people's experiences.

The thesis of the voiced Kremlin Imperial mantras that "victory, with the return of Crimea and reparations, is a mirage" will be broken by the following events on the fronts of military operations. The seizure of foreign territories has never brought anyone joy. If you don't want to pay reparations, you will have to pay an indemnity. And at the expense of Russia, dismantle the Crimean Bridge, which was built on our territory without the permission of the Ukrainian state. After all, everything always has to be paid for, and Moscow will have to pay all the bills for its crimes in total.
Further, Bavirin proclaims a direct "ode" to the glorification of one of the prominent Russian military criminals, Sergey Surovikin. "Surovikin oda" in his performance sounds like this: "...Sergey Surovikin commanded the Russian troops in Syria longer than other generals. After he was appointed commander of the group of forces in Ukraine, strikes began on its energy network and using tactics used in Syria by Russia's Iranian allies. Coincidentally or not, it took years for the west to withdraw from the Syrian campaign and the humility of local leaders. We should still think in such time categories. No strategy, tactics, or spell could end the military conflict in Ukraine quickly, hastily, here and now. The idea that "this has been all for a long time" is complex for both Ukrainians and Russians. That is why faith remains – in a lightning-fast strategy, contradictory tactics, a magic wand. But there are no more quick solutions; only long, complex and challenging ones remain, which they and we need to get used to."
The "Surovikin strategy" for mass missile strikes on civilian targets looks like this: no infrastructure – no rear, no rear – no army. Although here, using his Syrian criminal experience, Surovikin does not take into account the circumstances that the Syrian opponents of the regime of Bashar al-Assad did not have air defense and their rear was not almost 50 western states. Now Ukraine has a reliable rear, and Moscow has almost no allies. Unless, of course, you count Iran, North Korea or Syria.
Putin does not consider that his "missile coercion" of Ukrainians to "peace" on his terms will lead to the opposite effect. The West will supply Ukraine with even more necessary weapons, including air defense systems. Russia will become increasingly isolated from the civilized world, and the Russian economy will not be able to withstand the overload of the long-term war that Putin is targeting.
Plunging Ukrainians into darkness will not save Putin from defeat. Because speaking of the "Egyptian darkness" and thus using biblical images, Russians directly identify themselves with devilish symbols. Thus recognizing that Russia is a country created by the devil, who pushed Putin to a brutal war between Russia and Ukraine.
