Ukrainian precision strike eliminates group of Russian soldiers in Kursk region: video
Ukrainian troops have targeted a group of Russian paratroopers and conscripts hiding in a cultural center in a Russian village on the Seim River. This area was cut off by Ukrainian strikes against bridges and pontoons
The attack was documented in a video released by the Khorne Group unit of Ukraine's 116th Separate Mechanized Brigade, as reported by Defense Express.
The video shows the precision airstrike hitting the cultural center in Veseloye, a village just 2.5 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
The Khorne Group unit stated that this strike served as retaliation for the Russian attack on the Institute of Communication in Ukraine’s Poltava.
The precision-guided munition used in the strike was likely a GBU-39/B Small Diameter Bomb deployed by the Ukrainian Air Force using MiG-29 aircraft. Despite its relatively low weight of 130 kg (with a 93 kg warhead), the munition’s accuracy and capability to detonate inside the building after penetrating the roof make it highly effective.
