Ukrainian intelligence officer on changing Russian tactics at front
Volodymyr Nazarenko, the head of artillery intelligence for Ukraine's 4th Brigade, said that Russian units are still pushing hard with all their resources
He shared this information on Espreso TV.
"The enemy is not only active in the Kupyansk and Lyman sectors but along the entire front line in the east and south. They are changing their tactics; it's not just small groups trying to infiltrate anymore. Instead, they are using more equipment and launching larger assaults," Nazarenko explained.
The military says that swamps, washed-out roads, and mud on supply routes are causing changes.
“The enemy can no longer move on scooters or motorcycles. They mostly walk, gathering along the front lines and pushing forward. For the enemy, losses aren't a concern; they can send in new groups to keep trying to advance. These attempts are always backed by heavy artillery and mortar fire on the front lines and near the rear,” Nazarenko emphasized.
