Victory Plan, cooperation expansion: Ukraine's FM arrives on visit to Turkey
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha arrived in Turkey for high-level talks on key issues of cooperation
Ukraine's Foreign Affairs Ministry reported the information.
On the morning of October 21, tête-à-tête talks between Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan began in Ankara.
Sybiha also plans to meet with National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler and Trade Minister Ömer Bolat.
"The talks will focus on expanding bilateral cooperation in the political, economic, defense, industrial, cultural and humanitarian spheres, freedom of navigation in the Black Sea, and Black Sea security. Particular attention will be paid to the Victory Plan presented by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukraine's integration into NATO, and the Peace Formula as a path to a comprehensive, just and lasting peace," the statement says.
Sybiha will also visit the SAHA EXPO 2024 defense industry exhibition, where he will hold separate meetings with Turkish defense companies.
According to the Foreign Ministry, Andrii Sybiha began his visit to Turkey by honoring the memory of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in Anitkabir.
