This was reported by the National Resistance Centre.
It is noted that Atakishchev is responsible for signing fictitious agreements on the transfer of unclaimed property of the plant to the needs of the occupying Russian forces, as well as their placement on the territory.
"He himself is constantly moving around surrounded by the military and hardly ever appears in Enerhodar, mostly staying in Moscow. All of Atakishchev's activities are subordinated to the national defense control of the Russian Federation," the statement said.
The National Resistance Centre notes that this is another indication that the Russians have systematically turned the ZNPP into a military facility.
- Russians are recruiting teenagers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to join their so-called media schools so that they can work in fake local "media".
