Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reports.

"In accordance with Putin's dictator plan to destroy the national identity of residents in the occupied territories in Russia and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, everything reminiscent of free Ukraine falls under harsh prohibition. The formation of “Russian traditional values” is being reinforced," he wrote.

Fedorov noted that according to the “plan for countering the terrorism ideology” adopted in Russia, educational, cultural and leisure institutions will be key centers for “combating the terrorism ideology,” which means propaganda.

Also, according to him, filtering and intimidation will be legalized in the temporarily occupied territories - “targeted and individual prevention measures will be applied to the locals.”

“The information space will be filled with propaganda. Any objective content will be blocked. At the level of the aggressor country, the “Russian youth” together with the Russian Guard, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs are responsible for this inhuman plan. On the local level, local gauleiters and occupation “ministers” will be responsible for the implementation of this plan,” wrote the head of Zaporizhzhia region.

  •  On May 8, it became known that in the temporarily occupied Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia region, Russians introduced rules for wearing St. George's ribbon, and that those who damage it can be imprisoned.
