Russia is running out of steam
Russia is facing problems with mobilization resources and lacks enough people willing to fight
This is evident from several recent signals from Russia:

Putin has doubled the lump sum payment for those who sign a contract for the “special military operation”.

The State Duma has passed a law to revoke the citizenship of foreigners who have received Russian passports but refuse to register for military service.

Kadyrov's army commander, Alaudinov, complained on Skabeeva’s talk show that achieving significant success at the front would require doubling or tripling the number of personnel, though he expressed skepticism about whether this could be accomplished.

The share of war spending in Russia’s budget is already very high, and they are running out of money. However, they hope that Ukraine will concede sooner.
This does not mean that the enemy has become weak or that defeating them will be easy. These facts indicate that we can and must defeat Russia. Despite their size, they face a multitude of internal problems.
