Russia strikes at Kherson: at least three people injured
On Thursday, October 19, Russian troops shelled the city of Kherson, injuring at least three civilians
The head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported.
"Kherson is under Russia's fire. There are wounded," said the head of the Kherson region.
It is reported that the Russian troops fired artillery into the residential area of the city.
As a result of the attack, three people were injured and hospitalized. In particular, men aged 60 and 39 sustained shrapnel wounds.
A 49-year-old woman has a concussion and mine-blast injury, shrapnel injuries. Her condition is currently assessed as serious.
The Prosecutor General's Office clarified that the attack took place at 9:15 a.m. Private houses were damaged.

"Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war has been initiated," the statement reads.
