In December last year, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs put the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Kyrylo Budanov, on the wanted list. The intelligence agency urged not to look for logic in the actions of the Russians. "This is support for propaganda. Budanov has a whole collection of such idiotic decisions. This is another indicator of the effective work of the intelligence and Budanov personally. The main decision ahead is the decision of the international tribunal regarding the actions of Russian war criminals," said the agency's representative Andriy Yusov.
