Russia is unlikely to run out of military equipment in 2025 - Estonian intelligence
Estonian intelligence believes that Russia will continue to receive military equipment necessary to continue its armed aggression against Ukraine
This was stated by Colonel Ants Kiviselg, Head of the Military Intelligence Centre of the Estonian Defence Forces, ERR reports.
According to him, some analysts say that Russia is running out of military equipment, so next year the situation at the front will begin to change in Ukraine's favour. Kiviselg is not so optimistic.
"Yes, unfortunately, I cannot confirm that the Russian Federation will definitely run out of military equipment in 2025, because they also have some partners or allies who will still allocate or send them funds to wage war," he said.
Kiviselg noted that June was extremely difficult for Russia, when the occupying Russian army was losing between 1,000 and 1,800 people a day. With such losses, it is relatively difficult to maintain a high rate of advance.
"But at the same time, the population in Russia is still so large that there is no tendency to see that this will lead to big changes at the front," the colonel concluded.
- According to the General Staff, Russia is currently concentrating on the Kurakhove and Pokrovsk directions.
