Russia prepares to distribute 'licenses' for mining in Donetsk region
Russian occupation administration of Donetsk region, by the orders of Russian supervisors, has adopted a list of minerals for which it will issue permits
This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
The list includes clay, limestone, sand, etc.
According to the National Resistance Center, the Russian Ministry of Nature is in charge of the project of plundering Ukrainian subsoil. Previously, similar “permits” were issued for the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region.
Ukrainian authorities point out that all these “licenses” have no legal force and are needed by Russian occupiers to create the illusion of legitimizing the robbery of the region. After the liberation of the region, all those involved in the issuing “licenses” and illegal mining will be held accountable.
