This is reported by Politico.
According to a senior official of the US Department of Defense, who wished to remain anonymous in order to give a frank assessment of the war, Moscow has not yet been able to destroy a single High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) in Ukraine.
However, the official added that Ukraine still needs a significant amount of artillery for future battles. This is due to the fact that consumption rates are high in this war. Thus, Ukraine fires 4,000-7,000 artillery shells every day, and Russia fires 20,000 artillery rounds a day.
