Russia deploys military equipment in working schools and hospitals more often - National Resistance Center

"The occupiers' military equipment is increasingly appearing near existing medical and educational institutions. In the temporarily occupied territories, Russians continue to use civilians as human shields. Equipment is placed next to hospital departments and near schools. Personnel are also deployed there," the material says.

The NRC calls on civilians to leave the temporarily occupied territories if possible.
