Pentagon signs contract with Lockheed Martin for 126 F-35 aircraft

The American military-industrial corporation Lockheed Martin, which for a long time has been the world's largest developer and manufacturer of weapons and military equipment, received an order from the US Department of Defense for the production of 126 multi-purpose F-35 aircraft. The value of the contract is $7.8 billion.
According to this contract, 77 aircraft are expected for the US Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps. The armed forces of Japan, Italy, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Poland will also be waiting for the new F-35 order from Lockheed Martin.
