Under threat of ballistic missile attack, Odesa residents have a minute to get to shelter
Natalia Humeniuk, head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine, said that Russian ballistic missiles can reach Odesa from Crimea in one minute
She told about this on Espreso TV
"In fact, if there is a threat of the enemy using ballistic missiles, Odesa residents have one minute to take cover. However, last night the alert of danger was announced a few minutes before the attack. Therefore, people had the opportunity to take shelter. That is why there were not so many casualties," said Humeniuk.
According to her, Odesa residents have begun to be more attentive to air raid alerts.
"Unfortunately, the strikes that the enemy constantly inflicted on Odesa have become a lesson for locals. That is why people are going down to the shelters and have become much more attentive to air raid alerts," she added.
