One Ukrainian brigade holds back at least three Russian: situation in Pokrovsk sector
On June 8, Ukraine's Land Forces reported that in the Pokrovsk sector, soldiers with the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade are holding back at least three Russian combat units
The press service of the Land Forces reported.
The military notes that the Russian troops are not slowing down the pace of assault operations. At the same time, the Pokrovsk direction remains the epicenter of the fighting.
“Here the enemy is trying to advance into the depths of our territory,” the Land Forces emphasize.
They add that the soldiers of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade are holding back at least three Russian combat brigades.
"Having huge reserves of manpower, the Muscovites quickly replenish the huge losses and throw them into battle again and again. The fighting does not stop even for a moment,” the military said.
The 47th Mechanized Brigade showed how a Bradley infantry fighting vehicle destroyed a Russian APC that had broken through into a settlement along with the troops.

According to the Ukrainina Armed Forces' General Staff, Russia is currently advancing on 7 frontlines, most actively on the Pokrovsk front.
