Is Kremlin preparing its own "real Ukraine"?
Moscow conceives a project of a "successor to the Ukrainian SSR" to conclude a "peace treaty by the winners of the special military operation"
In an interview with Izvestia on February 28 about Putin's plans for the 2024 elections, Peskov seems to have outlined the vectors for the implementation of the Kremlin's new plans in the war. It turned out to be interesting and ambiguous, we must admit.
"There are still forces in Ukraine that do not like the current Kyiv regime, and it is obvious that some of these forces, albeit small, are still in Kyiv, some are outside of it. Some of them are in Russia. Viktor Medvedchuk, for example, is one of these forces, and he has his supporters, even if they are not as many as we would like. Of course, Russia will be able to start negotiations with these forces only after the goals of the special operation are achieved."
Peskov specifically named Medvedchuk as one of the most obvious "forces outside Kyiv" with whom Russia "will negotiate" and "after the goals of the special operation are achieved."
This statement may well be read in a rather original way. There is a chance that the Kremlin is considering the option of "how to declare the war won in the current balance of power."
The scheme is actually simple:
1. Donbas + the still-occupied territories + Crimea. If the situation is not good, then the border regions (the so-called "Old Ukraine" – everything that belonged to us historically: Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov, and even Kuban – there is a bridge from Crimea, and there is a connection). Given the current harsh trends, Putin can allow this to happen.

2. All of this is declared "the real Ukraine, the successor to the Ukrainian SSR". With its capital somewhere in Donetsk, Simferopol, Kursk, Rostov, or even Krasnodar.
3. Negotiations, referendums, and other bullshit are held with this "real newest Ukrainian SSR" to legitimize it, at least for the domestic audience.
4. A "legitimate representative of the interests of the 'New Ukraine' to whom the people of these territories have delegated power" is elected/appointed – this is where Medvedchuk or any of those whom Peskov spoke of as "dissatisfied with the Kyiv regime, with whom we are ready to negotiate" will come in handy. That is, such a co-chairman.
5. All the traitors inside Ukraine and fugitives (Mishin, Muraev, Kiva) are involved in voicing the theses "the goals of the special military operations have been achieved, Russia has won, Donbas has been liberated, Ukraine (only the "real" Ukraine) has been demilitarized, denazified and is now friendly to Russia again"!
Conclusion: In fact, they practically need no resources to fulfil such a trick – only chutzpah and specialists (which the Kremlin still has).
And from this foothold, the Kremlin can already demand negotiations: they have allegedly already made peace with the "real Ukraine," liberated Donbas, and do not want any more meaningless deaths, so they are ready for a mutual ceasefire with Kyiv as the center of the "fake Ukraine."

Thus, theoretically, it may seem that the implementation of the "two Koreas" plan is very easy and affordable. In fact, it would be an ideal solution for everyone (if not for NATO, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and weapons, of course, and the willingness of every Ukrainian to slaughter the occupiers with their own hands, because it is the right thing to do).
Therefore, now the Ukrainian Security Service and other special services, since the Kremlin has made such hints, should focus very close attention on those scum who are still "in Kyiv," as Peskov said. I'm talking about politicians, ex-officials, former members of the Opposition Platform party, journalists, political and economic experts from Medvedchuk's pool…
All this scum like Ruslan Bortnik from the Ukrainian Institute of Politics or Kyrylo Molchanov should now at least be under maximum supervision, and optimally under severe pressure from the special services. They should not be able to make a peep at the signal of Moscow's customers.
Because even a few weak voices from here, trying to legitimize the "other, real Ukraine with its center in Donetsk/Simferopol/Bryansk/Krasnodar" – that "people have the right to make their own choice," "they are Ukrainians too" and other nonsense – will significantly complicate the tasks and working conditions of our special services, diplomats, authorities, and even the Armed Forces.
Therefore, they should be pressured in advance, en masse, synchronized and organized. Without allowing them to travel abroad in peace.
