Ushakov told reporters at a briefing in Moscow, Interfax reports.
Putin's aide was asked whether the leaders of Hungary and Slovakia had offered their countries as possible venues for his meeting with Trump during recent contacts with Putin.
"Strangely enough, we have already received several proposals from different countries. I will not say which countries they are, so as not to predetermine possible or impossible developments. But such proposals have been made and are being made," Ushakov said.
- Trump recently said he would wait to meet with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to resolve the war in Ukraine.
