German Taurus range is likely to be up to 300 km - military expert Zgurets
The range of German Taurus missiles to be received by Ukraine will be limited from 500 km to 300 km
This was stated by Defense Express analyst Serhiy Zgurets on Espreso TV.
"When we talk about Taurus, for some reason we say that it will hit targets at 500 km. And the Storm Shadow missile can hit targets at a distance of up to 500 km, but now there are certain limitations on the range of missiles provided to Ukraine. The German Taurus missile, I can say with 100% certainty, will have a range of up to 300 km," he emphasized.
However, the expert noted that by combining the range of these missiles and the Su-24 aircraft, it would be possible to cover those distances using the mobility of the platform.
