The press service of Ukraine’s State Security Service (SBU) announced the information.
SBU chief Vasyl Malyuk and representatives of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine signed the flag, which will be sold at auction.
"This flag has become one of the symbols of our fight against Ruscism in the international arena. Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Marikovskyi literally took it back from Russians during the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Community held in Ankara," the SBU emphasized.
