European partners announce €107 million military aid package to Ukraine
At the meeting of the defense ministers of the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF), a new package of military aid for Ukraine's air defense was announced

The government announced that it will purchase equipment valued at £92 million (over €107 million) through the International Fund for Ukraine (IFU) in the coming months. This investment aims to enhance Ukraine's ability to safeguard its critical national infrastructure, civilians, and frontline personnel.
The package comprises radars to defend against indiscriminate attacks from Russia, as well as guns and a significant quantity of ammunition.
Defenсe Secretary Ben Wallace attended a meeting of defenсe ministers from the ten nations of the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF) in Amsterdam on June 13. The decision to provide support for Ukraine and address shared security interests and concerns was made during this meeting. Special attention was given to protecting underwater and marine infrastructure, and the participating ministers and government representatives agreed to deepen cooperation in this area, including intelligence exchange.
The United Expeditionary Force includes United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. It was established to contribute to UN peacekeeping missions, humanitarian efforts, and to deter potential adversaries like the Russian Federation following the occupation of Crimea.
