Director of Kharkiv children's theater killed in battle for Bakhmut
Dmytro Kravets, a playwright, director of the Kharkiv’s Kazka Children's Theater, and father of two, has sacrificed his life for Ukraine near Bakhmut
The head of the Kharkiv regional organization of the All-Ukrainian Freedom Union political party, Yuriy Nehoda, reported this.
“'I'm not a warrior, I can only help my comrades, motivate them and support them.' That's what Dmytro said in our last conversation, shyly assessing his combat achievements,” Nehoda said.
“He was always ready to perform the most difficult tasks, whether in computer design, animation, writing a play or script. But Dmytro's position and beliefs have always been aimed at goodness and joy, happiness and understanding. Motivated by the ideas of the nation, social and national justice, faith and love for children, family and Ukraine, he stood up to defend these values with arms in hands,” Yuriy Nehoda described his friend.
