Russia launches drone attack on Ukraine’s Kyiv: air alert lasts over 3 hours
On the night and morning of Sunday, November 24, Russian forces launched drone attacks on Ukraine’s Kyiv. Ukrainian defense forces shot down over 10 Russian drones, preventing any damage to the city

Serhii Popko, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, reported that the drones were flying from different directions toward Kyiv. The air alert lasted for more than 3 hours.
So far, there are no reports of destruction or casualties in the capital. As of 07:30, the air raid alert in Kyiv has been lifted, but drones are still being spotted in the surrounding region.
- A 55-year-old man was killed in a Russian airstrike on Zaporizhzhia district, an 11-year-old boy was wounded in the regional center due to Russian attack.
