Russians claim to shoot down 2 missiles, 36 drones across 5 regions
On the night of Sunday, November 24, Russian authorities said they had intercepted Ukrainian drones and missiles over at least five regions of the Russian Federation

This statement came from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
According to their report, air defense systems allegedly intercepted 34 Ukrainian drones overnight. Specifically, 27 drones were shot down over the Kursk region, 4 over Lipetsk, 2 over Belgorod, and 1 over Oryol.
Kursk Governor Alexei Smirnov stated that late on the evening of November 23, the region was reportedly targeted by two Ukrainian missiles and 27 drones.
"Our air defenses are holding strong: two Ukrainian missiles and 27 UAVs have been shot down in Kursk airspace," Smirnov wrote.
Additionally, in the morning, Russia reported intercepting two more drones over Bryansk and Belgorod regions.
