Oleksandr Los noted that, having a numerical disadvantage in armaments, artillery, missiles, thanks to the system of network-centric data management and the ability to quickly transfer commands to missile forces and artillery, we reach parity with the Russian army, which has a numerical advantage  in armaments and military equipment.
