1.5-2 Russian ammunition fly for 1 Ukrainian Armed Forces missile, dynamics are positive
Russian troops have problems with ammunition in the Avdiivka direction — the intensity of shelling has decreased
Vitaliy Barabash, head of the military-civilian administration of Avdiiivka, stated this live on Espreso TV channel.
"Two weeks ago shelling of the city at night was chaotic, without aiming, as to where to hit. They hit military positions indiscriminately. It happened that there were not 10 minutes at night when it was quiet. Now - a week or a little more, probably, and weather plays its role, there are isolated chaotic flights in positions. They are mostly untargetable," he noted.
According to him, there is an understanding that when there was ammunition, they shot it til the last projectile.
"There is no such thing now. When talking with commanders, they also say that not everything is so easy for Russians with ammunition. The difference in number is more or less equalized. It is not yet one to one. In the beginning, 40 or 50 Russian shells arrived for one ours, then there were 10, then 7 Russian shells for 1 our shell. Now we see that for one of ours - 1.5-2 of Russian. Dynamics, in our opinion, is very positive," Barabash concluded.
