We need  "Molotov cocktail" of sanctions, full full oil embargo or blocking Russia's access to money from it, - Zelensky

Volodymyr Zelensky told this idea during a speech in Finland  parliament.

"We need weapon that your EU partners have. We need effective and powerful sanctions. A kind of sanctions like " Molotov cocktail ". We need to protect Europe together from Russian energy weapons. After all, every educated person understands that  time of fossil fuels is long gone. We need to look for cleaner sources of energy today, and if Europe is not yet ready to refuse from Russian oil, it must take first step to limit Russian access to money from sold oil. Let Russia first came back a peaceful sky to us and get responded for war crimes, and only then takes money from these accounts. Let them remember what the spirit of Helsinki is and restore  Helsinki Accords in full, and only then will it be possible to discuss the economy, "Volodymyr Zelensky added.
