Ukrainian forces repel 11 Russian attacks in Pokrovsk sector alone today

According to Ukraine’s General Staff, the total number of combat engagements across the entire front has reached 164 by 16:00.

Russian forces continue to use guided aerial bombs and are launching attacks in the eastern and southern parts of Ukraine. The Ukrainian defense forces are holding their positions and taking steps to prevent a breakthrough.

Russian forces have attacked Bachivsk, Velyka Pysarivka, Luhivka, and Oleksandrivka in the Sumy region with artillery and airstrikes.

Additionally, Russian forces fired 237 times at the Kursk region in Russia, including 24 strikes from multiple-launch rocket systems.

Frontline situation

Three combat clashes took place in the Kharkiv sector today. Ukrainian forces repelled one Russian attack near Vovchansk, and two more engagements are still ongoing.

In the Kupyansk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled five Russian attacks near Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, Kolisnykivka, Lozova, and Bohuslavka, with seven more engagements still underway.

In the Lyman sector, the Russian army launched 17 attacks in the areas of Hrekivka, Novoiehorivka, Zelenyi Hai, Nova Kruhliakivka, Tverdokhlibove, Nadiia, Novoserhiivka, Terny, and Ivanivka. Six engagements are still ongoing.

In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled eight attacks near Bilohorivka and Hryhorivka, with five more clashes still in progress.

In the Kramatorsk sector, Russia attacked Ukrainian positions seven times near Stupochky, Chasiv Yar, and Predtechynе, with two more engagements still ongoing.

In the Toretsk sector, the Russian army attacked Ukrainian positions 13 times around Dyliivka, Dachne, Bila Hora, Shcherbynivka, and Toretsk, with six firefights still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian troops launched 21 attacks since the start of the day in areas like Myroliubivka, Dachne, Novyi Trud, Novotroitske, Zelene, Novoielyzavetivka, Novoolenivka, Novopustynka, and Uspenivka. Eleven attacks have been repelled, and fierce fighting continues.

In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian forces repelled seven Russian attacks near Kurakhove, Petropavlivka, Sontsivka, Stari Terny, and Andriivka, with 11 firefights still ongoing. Russia also carried out airstrikes near Andriivka, dropping two guided bombs.

In the Vremivka sector, seven of the 18 attacks near Novodarivka, Dachne, Kostiantynopolske, Kostiantynopil, Rozlyv, Rozdolne, Novyi Komar, and Novosilka are still ongoing. Russia also dropped nine guided bombs near Temyrivka and Kostiantynopil.

In the Huliaipole sector, near Bilohiria, Ukrainian defenders repelled one Russian attack.

In the Orikhiv sector, Russia attempted to drive Ukrainian forces from their positions four times but failed each time.

In the Prydniprovskyi sector, the Russian forces did not carry out any active operations.
