Ukrainian Defense Forces deny encirclement in Makarivka, Donetsk region

"The information about the encirclement of Ukrainian Defense Forces units in Makarivka on the Vremivka front, which has been circulated by the media, is not true," the military stated.

They emphasized that unverified information and incorrect conclusions are the result of analyses conducted by "individual observers and independent expert sources whose data do not correspond to the dynamics of combat operations."

"Ukrainian Defense Forces units continue to destroy overwhelming enemy forces to slow down and halt their offensive actions," stressed the Khortytsia troop grouping.
