This was reported in Energoatom.
"After the occupation of Europe's largest Zaporizhzhia NPP, Rosatom changed the legal address of the enterprise, fake "re-subordinating" ZNPP to Moscow," Energoatom stated.
The company stressed that the Russian forces once again seek to emphasize the belonging of the Ukrainian NPP to Russia, but such actions will not change the legal status of the station.
"No matter how much the Russian forces try to identify ZNPP with Russia, the whole civilized world considers the plant temporarily seized and demands to return it under the Ukrainian control," Energoatom summarized.
