The Allies will announce their intention to provide a sustainable level of security assistance to Ukraine to help it achieve victory.

"The United States is proud to support that effort.  Our contributions to Ukraine for this pledge will come from the funds already appropriated by Congress in the national security supplemental, which President Biden signed into law in April," the statement said.

"I'm also pleased to announce that as we speak, the transfer of F-16 jets is underway, coming from Denmark, coming from the Netherlands," Blinken said.

He noted that these fighters will be flying in the skies over Ukraine this summer "to make sure that Ukraine can continue to effectively defend itself against the Russian aggression"

Another 7 children returned from occupied part of Kherson region

Another 7 children and their families have been rescued from the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region. The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin announced this.

Six boys and one girl were returned to the government-controlled territory. These are children aged 9 to 17 years.

"The children and their parents told us with horror what they had to go through in the temporarily occupied Kherson region. These include bullying, searches and threats. Fortunately, children and adults are now safe and have a long recovery process ahead of them. They are receiving the necessary medical and psychological assistance," the head of the region wrote.
