Snyder: Ukraine would win if US gave as much GDP aid as Estonia does
American historian Timothy Snyder believes that if the contribution of the US GDP to aid Ukraine was equal to that of Estonia, Ukrainians would most likely have already won the war against Russia

Snyder wrote about this on the social network X.
In his opinion, if the contribution of the US GDP to aid Ukraine was equal to that of Denmark or Slovakia, Ukraine would easily win the war against Russia.
"If we gave as much/GDP to Ukraine as Estonia does, Ukraine would likely have won long ago. Ukrainian victory is what matters and we are the slackers," he emphasized.
- On January 9, it was reported that the Estonian government intends to provide Kyiv with military aid in the amount of 0.25% of its GDP over the next four years and calls on other countries to take a similar step.
