It is noted that the invading Russian troops have started to strengthen and modernize their positions in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
"Servicemen of the 68th Separate Marine Engineer Regiment, who are involved in constructing fortifications and reserve positions, are increasingly discussing the prospects of Ukraine using F-16 fighter jets and missile weapons across the peninsula," the report states.
Partisans believe that the Russians are preparing for the landing of Ukrainian troops.
- In the temporarily occupied Mariupol, the Russian forces are afraid of attacks by ATACMS missiles, so they are constantly moving and don't stay overnight in the city.
