Russia will attack Europe by 2025 - diplomat

He expressed this opinion on Espreso TV.

"For Poland, it has long been clear that there is Moscow, but this case with the missile has made it absolutely clear that Europe is a target. Bild also wrote about this in early 2024 - that in the winter of 2024, by 2025, Russia would attack European states, at a time when Washington would be transitioning from one president to another," Bezsmertnyi said.

The diplomat is convinced that Putin will try to force negotiations with the West.

"I am convinced that, knowing Russian diplomacy and understanding its tools of action, these two frantic attacks on Ukraine at the end of the last year and at the beginning of the new one are a confirmation of the thesis that they are ready to attack European states. And secondly, it is not a coincidence that these two attacks coincide with the theses that appeared in the Western press that Putin is signalling some kind of negotiations. This is what is called a coercive force for diplomacy, and this is how it should be interpreted," he added.
