Selydove City Military Administration's press service reports.

As of 5:30 a.m., 12 local residents, 4 of them children, were wounded in the Russian attack. 3 people were killed, including one child.

Also, 9 apartment buildings and the building of the hospital were damaged.

The Office of the Prosecutor General provided details of the shelling. It is noted that after the first strike, the entrance of a 5-story building was destroyed. As a result, 5 people were injured, including three children aged 7, 12 and 16. A 52-year-old man who was passing by the high-rise building was also injured.

Later, the Russian army shelled the medical facility. Three civilians died as a result of the shelling - a 38-year-old woman who was in the hospital for pregnancy and a 36-year-old woman with a 9-year-old son. Six patients were also injured. The oldest is 76 years old, the youngest will turn 6 months tomorrow, February 15.

Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, first reported the attack. "The Russians struck the city around 11:30 p.m., hitting a 5-story building - 12 apartments in one of the entrances were completely destroyed," the statement said.

He noted that among the wounded are two children born in 2016 and 2007, they are receiving all the necessary medical care.

One wounded person was rescued from the rubble, but according to the head of the regional state administration, there is a possibility that 4 more people are under the ruins.

Around 1 a.m., Russians launched another attack on Selydove, Filashkin wrote.

As a result of the second shelling, one of the hospital buildings was damaged and at least one person was wounded. "Presumably, there are 3 people under the rubble, including a child. Rescuers, police and local authorities are working at the scene," said the head of the regional state administration.

He added that the rescuers are conducting search operations, extinguishing the fire in an area of 60 m², evacuating patients from the damaged premises (6 people in total). The work involves 27 personnel and 6 units of equipment. "About 100 patients of the Selydove hospital are now being transported to hospitals in Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad," added the head of the regional state administration.
