Russia shells market in Vovchansk with artillery killing one person, wounding another
On Tuesday, February 13, the Russian occupation army attacked the market in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, with artillery, killing one woman and injuring another.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this.
It is stated that the Russian army attacked the central part of Vovchansk at about 11 a.m.. The local market came under attack. Two people were injured as a result of the Russian fire: A 61-year-old woman died of a mine-blast injury, and a 50-year-old man was injured.

In the evening of February 12, the Russian army launched Shahed drones and missiles at Ukraine. A number of drones were shot down over the Dnipropetrovsk region, but there were also hits, including on energy and infrastructure facilities in Dnipro.
