“Putin must explain why all of this is happening": Kuleba on attacks in Russia
Ukraine's Foreign Affairs Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, addressed the recent drone and missile attacks on Russian soil

He said it in an interview with ABC News.
Kuleba suggested that such incidents could be enlightening for Russians, revealing the impact of the ongoing war on the lives of ordinary citizens in Russia.
He declined to delve into specifics.
"President Putin must explain to his people why all of this is happening. I think it's helpful to force them [Russian residents] from time to time to realize that the reality outside of their TV is different and can be much, much worse than their propaganda," explained the minister.
- The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that 12 drones attacked the Voronezh and Belgorod regions on the night of January 16.
