A peaceful rally of relatives and friends of the prisoners of war Hear Us was held on Independence Square in Kyiv.
At 12 p.m., the protesters went to the President's Office to deliver the appeal to Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Valerii Zaluzhnyi.

On Saturday, September 16, 2023, protesters gathered in front of the city administrations of Kyiv and Odesa to demand that the authorities budget funds for the needs of the army, not for "the newest pavement and the best flower beds." The protesters promise that they will not stop until the authorities reconsider their position.

A similar rally took place the following Saturday, September 23, 2023, in Kyiv for the second time and in Odesa for the third time. Protesters gathered near the buildings of city administrations to demand that the authorities budget funds for the needs of the army. But only in the capital did deputies respond to the rally.
