The President of Ukraine shared this in an interview with ITV News.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia unlawfully violated Ukraine's sovereignty, and therefore, the territories will be returned once Russia weakens. He is confident that this will happen in the near future.
Zelenskyy also emphasized his desire for the territories to return as quickly as possible: "Our task is for everything to return as soon as possible, and to return diplomatically. Because the loss of lives is very painful. People are more important than anything."
