Ambassador of the European Union to Ukraine Katarina Mathernova reported.

Oleksandr Pertsovskyi, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Railways, met the official in Kyiv.

“Another excellent journey with Ukrzaliznytsia - proud of the European Union's role in its resilience and modernization alongside EIB,” Mathernova wrote on X.

At the end of 2024, the European Investment Bank provided Ukraine with €55 million to rebuild its social infrastructure. The money will be used to reconstruct hospitals, social housing, and educational institutions in several regions.
