"Moscow is defeated in Ukraine" - Kuleba reacted to Lavrov's words about "real danger of World War III outbreak" and nuclear war "threat"
Ukraine's Minister for Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba reacted to Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Head Lavrov statement concerning threat of nuclear war
The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba wrote about this on Twitter.
The day before, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov was interviewed on Russian television, where he talked about "the real danger of the outbreak of World War III" and the "serious threat" of nuclear war.
According to Kuleba, Lavrov's words show that the Russian Federation is losing in the war with Ukraine.
"Russia loses last hope to scare the world off supporting Ukraine. Thus the talk of a ‘real’ danger of WWIII. This only means Moscow senses defeat in Ukraine", Kuleba wrote.
In his opinion, therefore, the world must double down on supporting Ukraine in the war that Russia has waged on its territories.
"So that we prevail and safeguard European and global security", Kuleba added.
